Grace Gallucci is the Executive Director/CEO of NOACA, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for greater Cleveland. She has 30+ years of experience in the field of transportation, including positions with the Chicago RTA as Deputy Executive Director and CFO, Director of OMB for the Greater Cleveland RTA and as a management analyst for the Office of Transportation, Broward County, Florida.  Ms. Gallucci has been an adjunct professor/lecturer at various universities including Cleveland State, Illinois-UIC, and Northwestern; she holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies, a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
