Marcy Coleman is the manager of vehicle programs with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). Marcy joined AAMVA in 2022 and previously worked for 16 years at the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles (RIDMV) where she served as the assistant administrator for safety and regulation and legal counsel for the RIDMV. In her current role at AAMVA, Marcy works on all vehicle-related projects, including automated vehicles, vehicle imports/exports, tolling, alternative infrastructure funding and electronic vehicle records management.
