Mindy Kimura is a 2022 Mechanical Engineer graduate from the University of Portland. Shortly after graduating, Mindy began her career as an engineer for the Hawaii Department of Transportation and the project manager for the Hawaii Road Usage Charge (HiRUC) Program. As an engineer and project manager, Mindy’s goals are to contribute to the building of a more innovative, resilient, and sustainable future for Hawaii’s transportation systems and for Hawaii as a whole.
